Of all the couples who appeared on 16 and Pregnant, Summer and D.J. have one of the happiest “after MTV” tales. When her episode was filmed, Summer had already been living with her boyfriend’s family for a while due to substance abuse issues in her own home. Summer and D.J. got married before their first son, Peyton, was born in October of 2013.

The couple is still going strong and seem to have a happy little family life if their social media presence is any indication of how things are going. They welcomed their second child, Connor, in June 2016 and, according to her Instagram, Summer recently started college. According to her posts, she is studying to be a surgical technologist!
Nikkole Paulun (Season 2)

Nikkole and her boyfriend, Josh, were the subject of a Season 2 episode of the show after Nikkole became pregnant at 15. After giving birth to a son, Lyle, in November 2009 Nikkole Josh broke up. Shortly after their split, Josh headed to prison from two years for trespassing, domestic violence, and assault, among other charges.
