This one should be a given: anyone who rubbed Farrah Abraham the wrong way would quickly find themselves booted from the set during Teen Mom filming. That seems to be why her producer Kristin was notoriously reassigned.
And Don’t Give Parenting Advice

Farrah wanted all of her cast members to know that she was the final say in what happened with her daughter Sophia. She allegedly banned anyone from intervening in her parenting or giving her advice.
Two Producers Per Farrah
