Ok y’all, get ready for this. Lindsie Chrisley, the cohost of Kailyn Lowry’s podcast Coffee Convos, has not been having the easiest time with her family.
TMZ reported that her father, Todd Chrisley, and his wife were indicted this week for tax evasion, multiple fraud charges, and conspiracy. The couple has plead not guilty.
But that’s not all…Lindsie filed a police report about a month ago claiming that her father and brother tried to extort her with a sex tape in order to convince her to lie for them. According to TMZ, Lindsie filed the report in Georgia. The report claimed Todd and her brother harassed her and threatened her with a sex tape that was of her.
The outlet reported that Lindsie told authorities that she was threatened if she didn’t “lie about a certain incident.” Sources claim the lie is related to Todd Chrisley’s current legal issues.
Todd is denying anything regarding Lindsie’s claim. He says his daughter is lying, and that no one purchased her sex tape. “Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her,” he told TMZ.
A source revealed to the outlet that Lindsie might be the reason behind the indictment, but they are unsure of the exact reasoning. Lindsie’s attorney has refuted the claims, and that she did not snitch.
Georgia law enforcement told TMZ that Lindsie’s case has been dismissed.

Lindsie’s podcast cohost Kailyn stepped up to defend her friend. According to The Hollywood Gossip, Kailyn took to Twitter to support her pal.
“I’ve been contacted by various media outlets regarding the case against the Chrisley family. Lindsie is my one and only concern in this unfortunate situation, and I am supporting her privately as she navigated through this difficult time,” Kailyn tweeted.
Lindsie retweeted Kailyn, and seems to be ignoring the drama as best she can.
