Unfortunately, even though Taylor has moved on from Adam and is in the arms of her new husband, she still has to deal with him in the case of custody of Paislee. She recently took him to court in an attempt to regain more custody, showing proof of him posting on Facebook about binge drinking, drug useage, and even jokes about rape.
Taylor also requested that the courts perform a formal drug test on Adam. According to Radar Online, she claimed that he “engaged in drug usage of either steroids or methamphetamines.”
In a result that must not have been surprising to Taylor, Adam failed the test. The court papers read, “Plaintiff failed his third drug test and he tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines.” What’s worse is that “the methamphetamine result in his system was substantial and this was just over 24 hours before he was to have the parties’ minor child.”
In a recent Teen Mom update, Chelsea opened up about what she knew concerning Taylor and Adam’s arrangement. She said, “Taylor just went to court. For their visitation, he has to take a drug test every time before he visits with Paislee, and if he fails a drug test, it automatically goes to supervised visits.”
