This Teen Mom star has to deal with legal drama no longer (at least for now). The drug charges that she has been dealing with have been dropped, and it is a sigh of relief for her family.

Jade Cline is the newest addition to the Teen Mom 2 family, and she started off by telling fans about some extremely personal information.
Jade opened up about her mother and step father’s struggle with addiction. On part three of the show’s reunion, she revealed that both of her parents had been arrested.
Her storyline on the new season will focus on her parents being in jail. “In my new season, both of my parents were just incarcerated,” she revealed. “They’re been strung out for so long, they’re like binge addicts, where they’ll binge and then they’ll be okay.”
“It hurts because I’ve grown up and I haven’t had my mom there,” Jade said. “My heart was hurting because my real dad committed suicide when I was 6 months old.”
In regards to her parents addiction, Jade said that she feels “like my real dad never loved me enough to stay and now I feel like, even when I have a second chance at a father, I feel like he never loved me enough to stay clean.”
Jade’s parents were arrested when police officers were called to inspect a possible overdose inside their vehicle. The police officer then found marijuana and other drug paraphernalia, including a metal pipe. The officers also found a crystal substance that was suspected to be meth, as well as suboxone pills.
Jade’s mother had previously been arrested back in 2014 for possession of cocaine and theft. She had confessed to buying crack cocaine before entering a store and attempting to steal two items of clothing.
For the most recent arrest, Radar Online reported that the case was dismissed by the State of Indiana.
According to the outlet, the motion to dismiss the case was filed on August 14. The order was granted, and the charges were dropped against Jade’s parents.
This must be good news for Jade, who will have more time with her family now that she’s wrapped filming for Teen Mom 2.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that crew members have said Jade is wonderful to work with compared to other stars! The outlet reported that one member who worked on her shoots said, “She’s been lovely to work with; honestly a real dream…Everyone really likes her. She’s reliable, and has treated the crew and producers with respect.”
