In the video, Amber’s ex Billy can be seen slapping her daughter’s behind while other people on the porch laugh. User @angieohmy83 wrote, “How sickening. My heart hurts for her. She pulls away from them both. He says ‘ya in those short shorts’ and then when the mom says ‘uh huh you rock them short shorts your mommas baby’ he totally says ‘yeah you know not to do that again’ like is this something common for her💔.”

Many on reddit were disturbed by the video as well. User ReginaldDwight wrote, “How a parent can be okay with multiple people pawing at her daughter the moment she walks out on the porch is mind boggling to me. Jesus christ. Your kid walks out on the porch of her own house, wearing completely acceptable clothes (not that anything she could have worn would have made this okay) and instantly gets harassed from all sides. Gross. Grow up, be a mom to your kid and teach your boyfriend and scummy friends that she’s her own person who they don’t have a right to start mauling. Poor kid looked so uncomfortable, too.” User ToriJenelleSoulmates wrote, “If my boyfriend ever slapped my daughters a**, I would cut his hands off.”

Amber is embarking on her journey through a rehab program, but her sister-in-law Catelynn Lowell has just come out on the other side. As documented by Teen Mom OG, Catelynn went through multiple rehab stays after Catelynn and Tyler experienced a heartbreaking miscarriage. Now that she’s out of rehab, she’s also revealed that she’s sober — but fans aren’t buying that either. After Catelynn shared a picture of her holding a glass of wine, fans blew up her spot.

“‘Sober’, just like [Amber Portwood],” wrote reddit user onstantreader55. “I don’t have a problem with responsible drinking, but this isn’t ‘sober’, as she claimed to be.” And many believe that if Catelynn is going to partake, she shouldn’t advertise it.

“Even if it’s ok for her to have a glass of wine, as someone who wants to be the ‘face of mental health & recovery’, she should know better than to post stuff like this,” wrote user mollybrooke95 “It’s not up to us to know if it’s okay or not for HER, that’s her business I guess, but I feel like she posts this stuff either thinking it makes her look cool and trendy or to intentionally stir up drama.”

A Dangerous Mix

An insider close to Tyler and Catelynn also revealed they were concerned about Catelynn mixing alcohol and pills.

“I just hope that Catelynn isn’t drinking on her medication, depending on what she’s taking,” the insider spilled to Radar Online. “Some medications it’s safe to have a drink or two, but most warn you not to mix them.”

They added, “I’d like to believe she’s smarter than that and if she knows she’ll be drinking then she won’t take her medication that day.” However, many SSRI’s create a buildup of serum in the blood over a long period of time, meaning that those who take them regularly shouldn’t drink whether or not they’ve taken their daily dose.

“Ty isn’t on any anti-depressants, and he’s trying to do all of this holistically, so it’s safe for him to drink,” the insider continued. “But they’ve always been more marijuana smokers than drinkers. I know marijuana has helped them both in the past with anxiety.”
