By now, MTV has definitely picked up on the fact that Teen Mom reunions are some of the biggest sources of drama in the entire season. That’s why every year it seems like there are more and more parts to the reunion!
Well, if the reunions are cash cows, MTV has hit the jackpot with this season’s drama. You may have heard of the Teen Mom cast members fighting each other during the reunions, but this year, one even attacked an audience member!

The third installment of the Teen Mom 2 reunion started with business as usual. Dr. Drew and Nessa started off by asking Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer all about their season. Of course, the topic of Chelsea’s anxiety came up. They also confirmed they want another child!
“We want one more kid,” Chelsea said. “In a little while!”
“Give us a minute!” Cole said.
Once Chelsea and Cole were off the stage, they welcomed Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra to weigh in! Since Cate and Ty have both struggled with! “If you have a history of childhood trauma, there are going to be effects in your adult life!” Dr. Drew pointed out.

After this segment, the drama picked up. Jade Cline and Kailyn Lowry both took to the stage next, and Kailyn was quick to admit that she wasn’t too thrilled when she learned that Jade would be joining the cast!
“As much as I don’t like [Jenelle Evans], Jenelle, Chelsea, [Leah Messer] and I have been on the show for like ten years,” Kailyn explained. “It was like someone new coming in just didn’t feel right. We felt the same way about when Briana joined.”

Luckily, Kail and Jade are much closer now. “We had her on the podcast and it was fine!”
Things really picked up when MTV brought the rest of the Young and Pregnant stars Brianna Jaramillo, Kayla Sessler, Kiaya Elliot , and it devolved into a full-on brawl!

As it turns out, Jade Cline and Ashley Jones are harboring a lot of tension toward one another!
“There were rumors that it was between Ashley or Jade to come to Teen Mom 2, and then it evolved and escalated,” Kailyn explained after the tension became clear. Then Jade started yelling!
“Let’s just cut the bullsh*t!” Ashley said. “You accused me of lying about Teen Mom 2!” She accused Jade of coming into her DMs, and Jade revealed that Ashley called her mother was “a crack headed b*tch.”
By this point, half of the cast members were on their feet and Dr. Drew was attempting to intervene.

“I’m a grown a** woman,” Jade yelled, to which Ashley replied, “So be about it!”
Kailyn, who has been around the block a few times, can be heard telling Jade, “Walk off, just walk off.” Eventually, Jade does exit.
“You b*tches act like it’s me that’s the problem. I’m not the motherf*cking problem!”
In the middle of Ashley confronting each of the Young and Pregnant cast members one by one, Kailyn stands up in the middle of the fight and walks off the stage! “Bye!” she says while she leaves. “Bye, Nessa!”
Then Ashley started threatening violence. “I will beat the dog sh*t out of you,” she yelled at Kayla!

Ashley was given some time to step off set and cool down while they filmed segments about the rest of the girls. But when she returned, things just got worse again! After Dr. Drew desperately tried to cut to commercial, Kayla pulled her shoes off and jumped to her feet again, and the two almost came to blows before security intervened!
And apparently, this isn’t the worst of the tension. According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Ashley also threatened to “slap an audience member”!
But the story only continued across social media...
Kailyn Quits Reunions After Feuds Get Physical
Despite being a show about parenting, single motherhood, and relationships, the Teen Mom franchise has some of the most explosive reunions on TV. Over the years, the reunions went from simple, emotional affairs to being an annual verbal and sometimes physical fight for the girls. If security wasn’t called at least once, was it really a Teen Mom reunion?
The Teen Mom 2 cast just returned from New York City where they filmed their most recent reunion, and for drama lovers, this reunion did not disappoint. Here’s all the behind-the-scenes drama from this season’s reunion.
Sometimes, when it comes to the Teen Mom cast, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly where feuds begin. But much like their predecessors, the Young and Pregnant girls are good at holding grudges and keeping beef stewing. Things got so bad between Jade Cline and Ashley Jones that Jade recently refused to film with Ashley.
“Jade feels that Ashley has shaded her multiple times, especially right after it was announced that Jade had been picked for ‘Teen Mom 2,'” an insider revealed to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “She said that Ashley was telling people on social media that Jade only got the ‘Teen Mom 2’ job because Ashley turned the producers down.”
Jade was reportedly also mad that Ashley was “shading” her when news came out that Jade and her ex Sean Austin were being sued for falling behind on their $900 monthly rent they owed on their Indiana home.
When the news came out, Ashley tweeted, “Man if my rent was 900 dollars I’d be stacking to bad all you gone get in the bay is a bedroom in someone’s house where you can’t even use the living room.”
Even though it seems like a pretty targeted quote, Ashley has insisted that it’s not about Jade.
“First of all what the f**k are you talking about,” Ashley said in response to accusations of drama-starting. “We all know by now if I wanted to say a name I would. I’m simply referring to the fact that I have to pay to be alive and no one asked me if I could afford it before bringing me into the universe. Lighten up hoe…”
Before the reunion, the threats became more concrete.
“B*tches wanna be hard at the reunion,” Ashley wrote in an Instagram story. “I will beat you f*ck up. Period. You know my hotel number.”
She went on, “And I don’t do blems so just no [Kayla Sessler] and jade. The next time y’all wanna take y’all shoes off be about it b*tch. Cause you can’t whoop me, and I’ll wait.”
Apparently, Ashley even wanted to meet up with Jade in New York so they could throw hands! She posted an image of the M&M’s store in Time Square, writing “B*tch I said meet me at m&ms ??? Wya ??”
Soon, rumors began to stir that something serious went down between the three girls at the reunion. In fact, a production insider spilled to Champion Daily that things got physical, sharing,
“A massive fight broke out at the Teen Mom 2 reunion. MTV invited a bunch of people in addition to the Teen Mom 2 cast this time around, including the cast of Teen Mom Young and Pregnant and Catelynn and Tyler from Teen Mom OG. While Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra already revealed why they were appearing- to talk with Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer about Chelsea’s anxiety- the cast of Young and Pregnant was there to be featured on the stage with the Teen Mom 2 cast.”
“Just to set the record straight, no one was ‘jumped’ at the reunion,” Jade wrote on Twitter. “There was no physical altercation. Ashley is in her feelings and wanted to start drama with everyone and basically looked like a fool. Now she’s online ‘spilling tea’ when in all reality everything she says is a COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE.”
She went on,
“Ashley you’re out of your f*cking mind. Get help. The way you acted in front of the whole world on the reunion was insane. Talking about people kids and family’s is low. You’re a pathetic a** individual and no one beleives your bullsh*t. Get help. The way you acted as a woman and as a mother is sickening. Once the reunion airs everyone will see the truth and exactly what went down. You’re a compulsive liar and need to snap back into reality.”
Kayla also took to Instagram to share her side of the story.
“Ashely and I did NOT get into it over Jade,” she wrote. “I was upset with Ashley because she brought up my kids. I feel like that was taking it too far. Before yesterday, Ashley and I had no problems.”
She explained:
“No one jumped anybody… Security was at ALL of our hotels last night. Including Ashley’s. We were not allowed to leave our hotels unless security was with us… When Bri and I were hanging out in my hotel room the previous night, EVERYONE was invited… When Bri and I saw Ashley’s insta story saying she always feels excluded, we messaged her asking if we could all talk before we did our segment. Ashley said no there’s no need.”
Meanwhile, all of this drama seems to be getting to Kailyn Lowry, and this may be the last reunion that we’ll see her at.
“Say no to things that are not good for your mental health. I.e. teen mom reunions,” Kailyn wrote.
She went on, “Every year I say I’m not going. Every year I give in. Every year I am apart of bulls---. This time I’ve reflected, accepted responsibility [and] wanted to do better," she wrote. "This year, I get dragged into bullsh*t that had NOTHING to do with me."
She even called out the network, writing, “@MTV stop putting girls who do not like each other on the same stage. Stop putting girls in a situation where they feel like they need to prove themselves."
“I promise y’all, nobody better even think about asking me to attend another reunion,” she wrote.
