‘Teen Mom 2’ Cancelled?

Many others believe that Vee’s announcement could have more weight than it seems. Could she be hinting at the show’s imminent cancellation? “Starting to think it’s everyone’s last season…” wrote user spread-all-day. User nairibee wrote, “Me too. I’ll just keep up with Jenelle via police reports and the rest of the girls are active on social media.”
User misspriss91 chimed in, “Yeah especially with some of them desperately trying to branch out plus Chelsea’s tweet makes me think teen mom is in hot water. It might still kick for a season or two but that might just be it.” They were referring to Chelsea’s recent tweet that seems to suggest a cancellation could be in the works.

After the popular show Brooklyn 99 was cancelled and then immediately picked up by another network, many celebrities spoke out about what went down. Chrissy Teigen tweeted, “Tip: If you love a show, talk about it while it’s still on the air. Help them out. Hype them up. Like me and [Vanderpump Rules.] You think that sh*t is ever getting cancelled? That sh*t is never getting cancelled.”
Chelsea Houska quickly responded to Chrissy with a bombshell: “Oh how I wish you loved Teen Mom 2,” she wrote. Fans were quick to worry what this means about the state of the show!
“Chelsea’s tweet to Chrissy Teig[e]n regarding supporting shows so they aren’t canceled – is the show spiraling?” wrote reddit user kvm_1496. “Chelsea’s response to her tweet gives me vibes the show may be seeing its end? Idk! What do y’all think?”
Some users on Twitter like @DivaATL1 were happy with the idea, writing, “teen mom 2 deserves and needs to get canceled. u guys love to threaten to leave and want your privacy so bad i hope they give u what u want.” But others were more concerned. “I’ve been watching all your babies grow up for the past 9 years!! ” wrote @karenscool101. User @ninalouison wrote, “I hope this doesn’t mean @TeenMom is at risk of being cancelled?!😩” But some simply thought Chelsea was just trying to get some hype for herself!

User zuesk134 theorized, “no i think chelsea just wants chrissy to like her lol.” User kvm_1496 wrote, “Y’all the best part of this is that Chrissy hasn’t acknowledged her like we all know she wanted. Lmao.” Ouch!
From Chelsea’s tweet to Vee’s departure, it’s not looking good for the future of Teen Mom 2. But that’s not the only reason that fans think this could be the show’s last season. It looks like Jenelle and Kailyn’s feuding could be another reason the show gets pulled!
“Jenelle doesn’t even want to talk to her awful co-stars because she hates the way that they treat her,” a show insider dished to Radar Online in advance of the Teen Mom 2 reunion filming. “She is ready for the confrontations but is really dreading all of them ganging up on her.”
