The producers of Teen Mom probably spend more time with the stars than their own family. Sometimes this can be great, other times not so much, so what happens when the crew dislikes working with a star? Luckily, we’ve got the scoop!
One of the newest stars to Teen Mom is Mackenzie McKee, who’s debut episode premiered on Monday. She started right out the gate with some good ol’ fashioned cheating drama.
In the latest episode of Teen Mom OG, Josh left to compete on the rodeo circuit, while Mackenzie was at home with the kids. She got a text from a woman who told her Josh had cheated on her when out at a bar.
When Josh got home, Mackenzie confronted him about the situation. He said he didn’t cheat, but she didn’t seem very confident about his response. Mackenzie then doubled down on Twitter about her reaction to the situation.
“Joshes Friend made some poor decisions and I have stood behind his beautiful wife with her decision of divorcing him.,” Mackenzie tweeted. “And thank you to the two ladies at the bar for ratting him out and telling me the truth about everything that happened.”
She followed up, clarifying, “Had Josh made the choices of flirting like his friend did, I was have divorced him as well. But according to the women and everyone else, Josh didn’t speak to anyone and was simply enjoying a drink.”
Mackenzie’s third tweet implied that she didn’t think a divorce was the best option for a case such as theirs, but that marriage is about learning and standing up for oneself.
Teen Mom 2 added a new cast member as well, Jade Cline.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that crew members have said Jade is wonderful to work with compared to other stars! The outlet reported that one member who worked on her shoots said, “She’s been lovely to work with; honestly a real dream…Everyone really likes her. She’s reliable, and has treated the crew and producers with respect.”
Many of the crew members have worked on other girls’ shoots, and said compared to some of the other women Jade “is not a diva at all.” A source said, “It’s been a refreshing and nice change, actually.”
The same source told the outlet that other shoots have been “chaos.”
