Bookout went on to say that “the hardest thing for [her] is to see Ryan not love himself” and that she wonders every day about whether that will be the day that her ex “does something that he can’t come back from.”
And, honestly, I see her concern. Ryan has looked rough this season.

Amber and Catelynn also validated her fears and drew on their own experiences with addiction both personally and within their families which seemed to give Maci a new sense of determination in getting Edwards the help and support that he needs.
She later revealed to her husband, Taylor MicKinney, that talking to “two people that have been there on both sides of it” was “exactly what [she] needed.”
