According to a report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Amber was arrested on Nov. 10 in Texas and was booked in the Williamson County jail. There, she was charged with “assault” that caused “bodily harm” and which was classified as “family violence,” according to The Ashley.
Amber was released when someone paid her bond of $1,500.
As The Ashley reports, it’s unclear who Amber allegedly assaulted. But she did post an Instagram video where she admitted that she has “been off [her] rocker a little bit lately.”
“As long as I keep my relationship with the guy in the sky that keeps me from getting high, I can make it. I can make it! So guess what?” she said, showing off an eighteen months chip that appears to be from an Alcoholics Anonymous program. “I got my eighteen months chip!”
She said, “Your girl’s making it. Can’t nobody keep me down — and I mean can’t nobody. Nothing gonna break me, nothing! Have a good night!”
Unfortunately, Amber doesn’t look as happy in her mugshot.
Amber then took to Instagram Live to clear up the details of her arrest.
She shared that the alleged victim is her ex-boyfriend, who she was angry with after she found out that he was cheating on her while they were together.
Amber went to his home to confront him and saw a woman leaving his place.
“I lost it,” Amber revealed. “Me and him got into a fight.”
She claims that he was bleeding from his forehead after their battle, and she was arrested for assault when the police arrived.
