On Teen Mom OG, we saw Maci and Bentley huddle around a cellphone where they were facetiming with Ryan. Ryan says to Bentley, “Hey guess what? Mackenzie and I are gonna get married!” He also says that Bentley will be his best man.

While that scene was obviously faked for the show’s sake, just like Maci’s faux pregnancy discovery in a previous season, Maci concluded, “They genuinely care about each other. They have a very healthy relationship. I think she’s very understanding and supportive of him.”
