“Out of spite or anger she doesn’t think he will even show up for the birth, but she will tell him when she goes into labor so he can make that decision,” said the source.
It’s unclear as to why Chris would be spiteful or angry at Kailyn, but it may be because she was trying to force him into fatherhood when he didn’t want it.
Not Mad

“Kail was very upset when they broke up,” the source explained. “She has never said anything bad about him. She wishes him the best and hopes he’s genuinely happy with his life.”
The paternity of the child is already in legal limbo because the law recognized Kail’s ex-husband, Javi, as the father. To undo that Javi would have to legally reject the child, while Chris would have to legally claim the child.
