Since their split, things didn’t get any better. Chris threatened to not show up for Lux’s birth in the hospital, and when he finally did, he refused to sign paternity papers confirming that he was Lux’s father. And now that Teen Mom is airing what went down between them, we’ve discovered that Chris filed for emergency cusody of Lux soon after his birth!
Needless to say, Kailyn wasn’t happy with his actions. “I haven’t talked to him in two months, and he hasn’t asked to see his son,” Kailyn said on the show. “Chris said him not having contact with the baby is detrimental to the baby and will cause harm by him not knowing his father. Mind you, he didn’t sign the birth certificate, he didn’t want me to file for custody or child support, but then he turned around and filed for custody.”
