Everyone knows how devastating cheating can be to a relationship. Even if you’ve never experienced it firsthand, you’ve likely seen it happen to a friend or loved one… and if you haven’t seen that, you’ve seen it happen on Teen Mom plenty of times!
When it comes to Kailyn Lowry and Javi’s relationships, rumors of their cheating run wild throughout the fanbase. Although most of the rumors are that Kailyn cheated on Javi, many believe that they both cheated on one another.
Now, Kailyn is setting the record straight about the times she’s cheated on Javi. Even though some people might not believe her, she’s sharing her side of the story.

Kailyn’s Side of the Story

Although most of the fanbase believes that Kailyn cheated on Javi while he was deployed, Kailyn has insisted nonstop that this isn’t the case. She recently did an interview with E! Online to set the record straight with her side of the story.
According to Kailyn, the cheating is different from what you might think: She claims that it never happened at all.
“Okay, I’m just going to say it because I already started. There’s like a whole misconception that I cheated on Javi while he was deployed, which is super frustrating because that’s not the case,” Kailyn said in her interview with E!. In fact, she seems to think that the entire thing was fabricated to get views. “It just makes for good TV, drama and ratings. I’m just biting the bullet every time, but it isn’t true.”
In the interview, she goes on to claim that sometimes things are truly not what they seem. Often times, she will believe that things are in a stable place between her and Javi, but when MTV starts rolling, things get heated just for the sake of drama. “We’ve always kind of talked about things behind closed doors when the cameras aren’t rolling and we’ve been on the same page about it so I don’t know,” she said in the interview. “Like I said, it makes for good drama. It makes for good ratings.”

This isn’t the only thing that Kailyn says seems different on TV. She also opened up that she sees her sons in a whole new light when she watches the show. “I don’t think I realized how much my older two talk about farting and burping until I had my third boy,” she said. “Toilet seats are left up, toys are all over the place. Power Rangers I feel like are never going to leave my home.”
But it’s still clear that she has a lot of love for her sons. “Isaac is very soft and just sensitive. He’s like my science kid. He loves science. Lincoln definitely has middle child syndrome. He’s crazy. He’s funny. And the baby, we’ll see how he differs between the two,” she said.
“The best part is I feel like no child loves their mom like a boy loves their mom, so I get three times that,” she finished.
