Sure, this could be interpreted in various ways, so Kailyn soon cleared it up even more.

When a fan noticed how often Dom was showing up on Kailyn’s snapchat, she said, “Can I just say I’m [drooling emoji] over your friend she is so d**n hot!” Kailyn replied point-blank, “That’s my girlfriend.”
Even though Kailyn made it pretty clear, her fans weren’t so convinced. Reddit user octobertwins wrote, “I have a feeling this is her idea of game. She and Dom have an ongoing joke that they are going to make the whole internet believe they are together! Haha! Everyone else in the entire world is so gullible! ‘now take one holding the baby! They are going to go crazy! Watch! Put my chain on! Hahaha!’”
Others, like user izacake seemed to believe Kail, but weren’t happy about it. They said, “that’s just gross how she snaps it with her necklace and everything, like god, you are a mother of three who just gave birth. The last thing I wanna do is play girlfriend/bf and be on social media after popping a baby out. I rather just take pics of the babies all day and snuggle.”
Some thought Kailyn had ulterior motives. User thebigcomfycouch wrote, “Okay conspiracy theory, what if Kail basically just used Chris as a sperm donor so her and this girl can have a baby together.” Crazygirlsbelike wrote, “I tend to think they’re not dating. Kail is known for these stunts where she makes it look like she’s dating someone and it ends up being total bs (like that one girl who she was on Snapchat with). Also, for the record, I’m not policing her sexuality. I know she is bi. Just saying she has a record of saying she is wth someone and not actually with them.”
