Over the years, the Teen Mom stars have been the center of some pretty shocking controversies. Even though they all get taken down for their actions now and then, Jenelle Evans may be the queen of controversy when it comes to questionable decisions. Now, is she giving all of her past mistakes a run for their money? Fans are convinced that this picture proves she was drinking and driving!

From the very beginning of her time on Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans has had a knack for getting into trouble. Whether it was being busted for trespassing and drug possession or pressing domestic violence charges, Jenelle has become very familiar with the inside of a court room. Add in the fact that she is continuing to seek custody from her mother, Barbara, and it’s safe to say that Jenelle is getting some good mileage out of those courtroom heels of hers.
Jenelle hasn’t had a break from her endless scandals since she first appeared on the show, and now it’s clear that this isn’t going to stop any time soon. In fact, now fans are convinced that she’s not only broken the law, but also put herself and her family at risk.

During the most recent episode of Teen Mom 2, “Unicorn Poop,” Jenelle and her family head out on a ski trip to celebrate her birthday. She has her hands full with her three children Ensley, Jace, and Kaiser, as well as her step-daughter Maryssa. But she and David are used to having their hands full raising their kids, so they packed up the car and jetted off on their trip. Although things started off well, it didn’t take long before tensions started to rise.
During the breakfast scene the following morning, fans were shocked by how high David’s temper seemed to be with his step-children.
“The weekend was going great, but last night, the kids were acting up and we didn’t get any sleep,” Jenelle explains in the voice-over. “We were planning to do something fun before we went home today, but David and I are exhausted.”

“These kids are f*cking driving me nuts,” David says while cooking breakfast. “They’re about to go to their bedrooms to take a nap. ‘Cause ever since I woke up, they’ve been running around, like, going crazy.”
In the next room, Kaiser apepars to be playing on the couch. “I don’t understand what his problem is!” Jenelle exclaims.
After Jenelle and David get upset with Kaiser for spilling his juice, Kaiser says that he has to “go poo.”
“No! You already did this morning!” Jenelle exclaims, but Kaiser says, “I’m going to poop in my pants.”
David is not having it. “If you poop in your pants, you’re going to be in big trouble mister. You just went to the potty. Stop it. Eat your food.”

David and Jenelle clearly seem at their wits end. After David tells Jace and Maryssa to stop playing on the steps, they start doing it again a moment later. Jenelle is ready to go. “We’re going home,” she says. “We’re just going home. You just told them to stop.”
Once the married couple manages to get all of their children in the car, it’s clear that they’re in sour moods.
“Why do they have these cameras in here?” David asks as Jenelle starts taking them down. “We’re not doing anything or going anywhere, ‘cause the kids have not earned their stay. They have ruined thier welcome. So it’s over, you guys. We’re going home ‘cause you don’t know how to f*cking act right.”

He starts sarcastically clapping and says, “Give yourself a pat on the back! Are you happy now? ‘Cause you better be. This is the way it’s going to go from now on when you don’t act right. Take your a** to the house.”
David’s treatment of the children was upsetting to many in this scene, and it made many viewers concerned and uncomfortable. However, that’s not the only thing that fans noticed during Jenelle and David’s trip that was alarming.
“Jenelle and David drinking and driving?” wrote reddit user cuziamgointobeFAMOUS. They attached images of Jenelle and David’s car, as well as a shot from inside their cabin rental. In an image from the car, there appears to be an empty glass bottle sitting in the cup holder. In the image from the cabin, it’s clear that Jenelle and David have a case of Corona beer. Fans were shocked about what this image could possibly be implying.

“I wouldn't doubt it at all. They don't mind putting themselves or their kids in blatant danger,” wrote user Kiwixo92. User Alberoba wrote, “Wasn't it obvious that the ‘kids were acting up last night and we are tired’ was only a poor excuse for their hangover?” Lyst83 even accused, “Not at all surprised. I’ve been saying for a while now that I think David is an alcoholic and that he generally hides it from the cameras.”
But not everyone was quick to believe this. Many think that Jenelle and David simply could have been sitting out in the car the night before and drinking while the car was parked.

“Jenelle and David are my least favorite people, but logical me assumes they went out to the car to smoke at night and left a beer in there. Done it many times,” wrote A_unique_username09. User Floflo80 pointed out, “they knew this trip was being filmed, I don't think they would leave a beer in the car like that. At least put it in a to-go cup!”
Many also pointed out that Jenelle and David have taken a massive stance against drinking and driving in the past. In fact, Jenelle was furious with Barbara for trying to drink after having a glass of wine, and filmed her doing it! “Aren’t these the people that recorded Babs having a glass of wine? And flipping out because she had Jace and was about to drive home?” wrote TrashcanJan. After the incident, Jenelle even filmed about it for last season of Teen Mom 2.

Jenelle opened up to one of the producers on the show, Kristen. She said, “You know how I’ve been trying to see Jace. Well, last weekend, I said, ‘Can I have Jace?’ And [Barbara said], ‘You should have called me earlier during the day. I have plans with my friends, and it’s Cinco de Mayo.’”
She continues, saying, “So we get in the car, and we’re going to the Mexican restaraunt. And when David was inside, he saw her drinking wine, and David took pictures from far away; my mom didn’t see him.”
“He came back outside, told me, showed me the pictures in the parking lot, and I said, ‘I’m going in there, because I don’t know if she’s going to drink and drive,’” Jenelle continued. “So then I went in there, and I was like, ‘Hey! You were drinking, and now you’re about to drive!’ And [Barbara said] ‘I had one sip of my wine, they just put it on the table.’”

Jenelle countered her mother, saying, “‘That’s drinking! Like, what are you talking about?’ So, then after that, I went back to her house. I walked up to the door and knocked on it, no one answered, I knocked again no one answered.”
David looked into the window of Barbara’s garage and saw that her car was parked inside. David said, “Yeah, your mom is here.” That’s when Jenelle decided to call the cops to see what was going on.
“Then I ended up calling the police when I was there. The police came, and they were like, ‘What’s your concern?’” Jenelle told them, “‘I don’t know if my mom is in there, like, passed out while the kids are in there… so it’s concerning.”

The police knocked on the door, and, according to Jenelle, “[Barbara] opens the door, and says, ‘I don’t want [Jenelle] on my property!’ After not answering the door for two hours! I banged on the door for two hours.”
Jenelle explains that this has driven even more of a rift between mother and daughter. She says, “You know, ever since that argument, she really hasn’t answered any of my calls. Her attorney’s probably really scared, because I don’t have to hand in any evidence I’m going to use in court unless I filmed it without my mom’s knowledge,” she says, referring to her upcoming custody court date.
Clearly, many fans are concerned about whether Jenelle and David were putting their children at risk, but others were concerned about their disciplinary behavior. In fact, Kaiser’s father Nathan and his girlfriend are speaking out about what they saw.

“Kaiser says he needs to poop and they said he couldn’t go potty. He says I’m gonna poop my pants and he gets told he’ll be in trouble if he does...yet they won’t let him to go to the bathroom. What a mind f*ck!” wrote Twitter user @HoeStephan. Nathan’s girlfriend Ashley responded, “This isn’t the first time kaiser told [Nathan] & I he was not allowed to go potty. Probably why when he pees the bed at night he tries to hide it by changing his clothes and hiding them.” She added, “Before someone tries to poke holes in my story , Kaiser did not use the exact words ‘I’m not allowed.’ I stated that referencing what he has told us multiple times. ANY time he says he has to go potty [Nathan] takes him. No matter how many times a day he says it.”

Fans had mixed feelings about her words. “I appreciate what she is trying to do for Kaiser but this isn't helping Kaiser I'm afraid,” wrote reddit user Nice2meetya2. “Dave and Jenelle will now scare, coach and train him some more to do and say what they want. And it is not her place, it's Nathan's.” User InitialIntro wrote, “100% agree. She's making things worse. She has no business dealing with Kaiser's welfare on social media. Not only is it completely inappropriate, Jenelle could use that sh*t in court.” But Ashley wasn’t the only one quick to speak out about what she saw on Teen Mom 2.

Nathan also insinuated he was attempting to get CPS involved. After the episode aired, he tweeted, “It’s sad that CPS of Columbus county will not even inform me of the open investigation they have on her. I have called multiple times reaching out. Yes, I’m posting this in hopes someone does something. Plus, some of the sheriffs refused to go out there because no one answers.”
But fans thought that he should be more proactive if he really believes what he’s tweeting. “Get the f*ck off Twitter, get your sh*t together and get into a lawyer’s office. Ugh it pisses me off. He’s all talk. He doesn’t care,” wrote user GoodGodDude. Lucillebluth1213 wrote, “Nathan just wants to look good without having to do any actual work. If he truly cared he’d file for custody.”

User punch_n_paai agreed, “He's hoping someone will do something? Nathan, you are his dad. You're the someone who can do something.
He needs to get his sh*t together and fight for his son in court. Kaiser seems like the coolest little kid. It's sad that he's stuck with these parents.”
This is far from Jenelle’s only brush with CPS. She recently confirmed CPS did a wellness check on Ensley because she admitted to smoking weed during her first and third pregnancies!
Jenelle made the revelation about Ensley during her appearance on Vince Russo’s podcast. One of the host brings up the fact that many of Jenelle’s “haters” have accused her of smoking weed while pregnant with Ensley, and she boldly confirms it.

“[Viewers] were saying it was at the hospital when [Ensley] was born,” the host asks. “Is that true? If the baby tests positive, you can’t take the baby home, right?”
“Oh yeah!” Jenelle admits. “I’m not going to lie about that.”
She reveals: “I tested positive for THC and Ensley did not test positive, I did. So [Child Protective Services asked], ‘Did you smoke while you were pregnant?’ I said ‘I did within the past 30 days… I have really bad esophageal spasms and I throw up every 5 minutes, can’t even eat.’ [CPS] said, ‘Okay, some moms do that; we’re not here to judge.’”
She revealed that CPS planned to do a wellness check on Ensley after she was born. “Everything [was fine]; they closed the case,” she said. She revealed that CPS had come to her home numerous times due to “haters online who say that [she abuses] her kids.”

She previously confirmed she smoked while pregnant with Jace on her Formspring page while she was still a teenager!
One anonymous question came in, reading, “My opinion is that you as a person should be able to do what you want that makes you happy as long as it doesn’t affect jase negatively i still drink and i’m a mom, you just have to prioritize, just be the best mom you can be, and you’ll never regret.”
Jenelle responded: “Jace yu mean.. and yes i make sure when i DO smoke im not around him and when i get back home im not high. plussss.. the only time i DO smoke is after my mom gets home from work and my mom is watching Jace for the night and he is already in bed.”

Another asked, “I dont get how any mother can smoke weed when they are prego and endanger there child like that. please tell me that one.”
Jenelle responded: “uhmm… drinking while yr prego is WAY WORSE then smokin a lil bud. and some doctors even RECOMMEND TO THEIR PATIENTS that they should smoke if they are nauseous.”
It’s obvious that not everyone believes Jenelle and David are fit to be parents right now, but it looks like they may be parents to another baby sometime soon! Fans are convinced that Jenelle is pregnant with her fourth child!

“Did my part!” Jenelle wrote on this Instagram shot of her and Dr. Drew. “Had a good conversation yesterday about many different things that will happen later this season. I think this is the most comfortable you will ever see me in an interview,” she wrote. But fans were less interested in Jenelle’s reunion-for-one setup and more interested in the shape of her dress.
Fans rapidly started asking Jenelle if she is pregnant in the comments of this update. In fact, the majority of comments are questions about a pregnancy! Some fans spoke out about the outcry.
“Clearly she is pregnant and probably doesn’t want a thousand opinions and rumors. Let the girl keep something to herself and Family,” wrote user @alanamaried. User @mrs.orellana_3 wrote, “She looks good ❤️ but if she is pregnant it’s her choice her baby and her body.”

Others weren’t so convinced. “It’s just the dress. We just saw [her] in a bikini days ago,” wrote @the_jennings_crew, adding, “Relax.” User @mombossof4_ wrote, “How does she look pregnant in this photo but not in any of the others she takes in a bathing suit.. Maybe it’s just the way the dress is?! I guess we will find out the news sooner or later!” and @greywind920 even wrote, “Why do people comment on every photo she posts saying she’s pregnant… get a grip you lunatics holy h*ll.”
Jenelle quickly added another shot of her mid-interview where she boasts a much slimmer waistline. Of course, many fans quickly started commenting “Totally pregnant” and “I still think she is preggers” on this update as well! It looks like Jenelle just can’t win.
