It Turns Out Javi Actually Is (Legally) the Father of Kailyn’s Third Baby!

If you ask us, the law is pretty weird, but that’s besides the point. It should be mentioned that this particular lawyer is not licensed in the state of Delaware.

So, even though Javi isn’t the biological father of Kailyn’s unborn baby, he doesn’t get to walk free from the relationship.

Javi will need to file a denial of paternity with the Office of Vital Statistics, which he has yet to do. That’s not all, Chris Lopez will have to file a acknowledgement of paternity to “discharge the presumed father from all rights and duties of a parent.”
