MTV released another casting call! The network announced that they are looking for new girls to star in an upcoming season of Teen Mom!
The casting call reads:
“This hit series follows the journeys of strong-willed and opinionated women who faced an unexpected pregnancy as a teen and now, in their early 20’s, are navigating the difficulties of raising a child.”
How It All Started

16 and Pregnant premiered on June 11, 2009. It was created by Lauren Dolgen. Lauren “was doing research and realized that the U.S. had one of the highest rates of teen pregnancy and teen births in the developed world.” Her research ultimately led to the development of the docu-series we know today as 16 and Pregnant.
