Doris also presented a motion to produce the DSS records to determine the results of the DSS’s visit, as well as for a nail follicle drug screen to see if Jenelle and David are continuing to use drugs.
In addition, she wants Jenelle to have a psychological evaluation to see if she is fit to retain custody of Kaiser. She writes, “Based upon her actions, [Jenelle]’s mental condition is in dispute and good cause exists for ordering a psychological evaluation of [Jenelle] for the purpose of assisting the Court in determining her fitness to have contact with [Kaiser].”
Jenelle hasn’t said much about Doris’s accusations, but she did speak with E!. She told them, “I can tell you that they are allegations, mostly driven by my mom. Our lawyers are working out a new agreement… Doris made accusations but I can tell you that Barbara has a lot to do with them… Doris threw her own son under the bus by admitting that he has pending felonies and possibly on drugs. Her emergency filing was against me and Nathan both.”
