“I get these are supposed to be blind items, and legally, the author is not subject to any repercussions since the girls are public figures, but these types of things can be slanderous and potentially damaging to both the girl’s public images but also to their relationships.
“[Jenelle] is a lot of things, but she has almost no reputation as being a cheater. For things like this to come out about her can be damaging to the stability of her home environment. Who knows if its something like this that sends David over the edge from a DV perspective?
“While David has shown himself in the last 2 episodes to seem to take a fairly rational perspective when it comes to Janelle and Chaotic situations, it may be moreso for the sake of the kids, or because the Cameras or filming. We dont know enough about David at all to assume how he will react. He may laugh it off, but it may set him off.”
