Regardless of what Jenelle decides, the overwhelming majority of fans seem to be happy with MTV’s decision, and hope that it points to a more accepting future.
“I just want to add in that I’m super proud of everyone who reached out to stand up for the right thing and contacted the network and adverts” wrote user ghsted. “It’s great to see that we will not stand for bigotry.”
They added, “And I hope that gives the trans SO on the new 16&P show a tiny glimmer of hope; that their new bosses have their back.”
As the cherry on top, it should be noted that David’s Twitter account was created merely two weeks ago… meaning it only took him fourteen days of having a Twitter to get fired from Teen Mom.
