There’s one other beauty secret Chelsea recently spilled. She shared how she managed to drop her post-baby weight after having Watson!
“I’m on a strict/low carb diet,” she told fans. “It was not easy! But I’m 10lbs less than I was before I got pregnant, so it’s been worth it.”
She went on, “I do easy/quick meal prep. Lots of chicken breast and broccoli microwave steamers!”

This is far from the only update that fans want to hear from Chelsea. Many are also hoping that she’ll announce a huge parenthood change. Some think that her husband Cole DeBoer may soon legally adopt Aubree!
The rumors started up after Cole shared that he was the one to take Aubree to her father-daughter dance, not her real father Adam Lind.
“Look at my STUNNING little sweetie,” he captioned a picture of him and his daughter. “I am so so lucky to have her as my dancing partner!!! Father daughter dance time!!!”
“Adopt her!!!!” one fan commented on Instagram. Another wrote, “She loves you so much and you’re the best daddy ever!!!!!”

Chelsea and Cole haven’t spoken out about the rumors, but many fans aren’t so excited by the thought. “People are too preoccupied with Cole legally adopting Aubree,” wrote reddit user TVcounselor. “He’s already her primary father figure and she took his last name. I don’t see how making it legal would change anything about their relationship at all.”
They seem to be holding out hope that Adam will come back into his daughter’s hope. “Adam is terrible of course but maybe someday he will get his act together and want to be in Aubree’s life,” they wrote. “Changing everything legally just seems like complicating things for no reason.”
User Tutiloo brought up reasons an adoption might not be ideal. “Even if he continues to be this failure and/or worse she needs the chance to come to terms with that in her own way when she’s ready to,” they wrote. “She loves him, and she will need help and support to resolve that love and no doubt fond memories (at least when she’s been with [Adam’s second daughter Paislee] with Adam) and her hurt and disappointment and no doubt anger over how he has let her down.”
