Taylor took Adam back to court in April because Adam just wasn’t cooperating with her when she wanted to enroll Paislee in a special program, and she believed that his behavior was the result of his drug use. Taylor’s motion stated, “Plaintiff failed his third drug test and he tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. The methamphetamine result in his system was substantial and this was just over 24 hours before he was to have the parties’ minor child.”
A report made on April 6th showed that Adam had 351ng/mL of amphetamine and 837ng/mL of methamphetamine in his body just before he saw his daughter.

Obviously this news was very concerning to Chelsea, and a source close to her said, “Chelsea is going to enforce the court’s order that Adam’s visits with Aubree be strictly supervised.”
