It seems like Jenelle thinks that Barbara’s display is in reaction to her missing out on an invite of her own… specifically, one to Jenelle and David’s wedding. She told Radar Online, “She’s mad I didn’t invite her to the wedding I guess so she said she was doing her own birthday with Jace.”
Jenelle has said that she will try to fight for custody of Jace again in the future, but for the time being, Barbara has every legal right to do things like this.
