At this point who hasn't accused MTV of poor editing?
Give it a minute!
I’m just going to go out on a limb and say it: Mackenzie, girl, you’ve jumped the gun. Of course the network picked a tense, loaded, moment for a promo. It’s a promo, they want people to tune in to see what happened. You can’t get mad yet; it’s totally unclear how it will play out.
Besides, five minutes is an eternity to a kid waiting to do something fun. Bentley probably was upset about it; that’s not MTV’s fault nor is including it manipulative or fake. You have to wait until the episode airs to cry “fake.” Who knows how they’re going to end up portraying the event in its entirety?
In the scheme of things…
Look, I’m the first to acknowledge that “reality TV” is often far from real… But this particular case seems like small potatoes (and pretty realistic, if you ask me).
Besides, in the scheme of bad things baby daddies have done on Teen Mom, being late because they’re in traffic is nothing.
If that’s the worst thing they show you guys doing this season, then you’re honestly doing really well.
See the promo!
