That said, the newest accusation might be the thinnest yet; it almost definitely jumped the gun. As previously mentioned, Mackenzie’s complaints stemmed from a two-minute long preview for the season premiere in which Maci and Taylor are preparing their kids for trick-or-treating.

In the video, we see Ryan’s parents arriving at the McKinney home and informing Maci and Taylor that Mackenzie and Ryan were stuck in traffic and running a bit late to meet up with the rest of the family for the evening. Maci responds that they won’t wait for them too long, while a frustrated Bentley interjects that his father is “always late.”
That’s it. That’s all. No big, right?

Wrong, apparently. Mackenzie took issue with the portrayal. She immediately took to her social media pages to criticize the editing of the promo saying that they were just “5 mins late,” and adding that she “regret[s joining Teen Mom] every single day.”
A fan (@kalea_denea) responded that she felt that MTV has worked hard to paint Ryan in a bad light, a sentiment with which Mackenzie agreed.
