He could come at any moment!
Wedding Bells?
“I’m so excited and I’m anxious. I’m nervous too because I don’t have a baby boy. I don’t know how to clean properly,” Amber told In Touch Weekly. “I’m gonna have to call Maci [Bookout] to know what to do. God, I love Maci. That’s my girl. She helped me out during pregnancy with this lemon water thing, so that helped my tummy out a little bit. She’s such a sweetheart. I’m nervous about taking care of a boy and raising a boy, but I think it’s gonna be so fun. I love how I’ll have a little boy and a little girl now. That’s just perfect to me, honestly.”
Now that Amber and Andrew are parents-to-be, there’s only one question fans still have: will we be seeing another Teen Mom wedding next season? According to Amber, even she isn’t quite sure.
“[Andrew has] been asked that many times,” Amber spilled to Ok! Magazine. “I don’t think what he’s thinking and he wouldn’t tell me anyways because I’m sure he would want it to be a surprise,” she explains.
Right now, it seems the couple is focusing on themselves and their growing family. “We haven’t really been talking about [it]. “We are just living together, loving each other and waiting for this beautiful baby to come!” Amber said. “It’s up in the air, I don’t know!”
Even though Amber will have her hands full with Leah and her new son, she doesn’t seem entirely closed off to the idea of having more children with Andrew down the road. “That’s life…You never know what is going to happen,” Amber said. “I’m so happy to have my boo boo, little girl and my little boy, it’s perfect. I am open to anything in the future, if it happens if we decide to have another baby, we will see, but we are going to focus on little James and boo boo right now and really just be happy as a family together and build a life together.”
Andrew’s Criminal History
Unfortunately for Amber, her pregnancy hasn’t always been easy. Soon after she began dating Andrew Glennon, her new man’s lengthy criminal record surfaced.
Andrew has had multiple restraining orders taken out against him from women he previously dated. “In May, he showed up uninvited and after I asked him to leave he secretly let the air out of my tire till it was flat,” one of his exes wrote in a protective order filed on October 30, 2013, as reported by Radar Online. “On my birthday, [he] showed up at my work under a false name delivering flowers. Security at my work turned him away.” She went on to say that he “threw rocks at my window and smiled and laughed when he saw me look.” And this was far from Andrew’s only offense.
Another woman he dated took out a restraining order on him April 23rd, 2015 after they dated for only two months. “Since breaking up with him, I have received hundreds of emails, phone calls, text messages and Facebook messages from him harassing me,” she wrote. “He has shown up at my work, home and the bus stops I take to and from work as well.”
A Dark Place
On top of his apparent obsessive behavior towards his exes, Andrew has also had run-ins with the law for weapon possession. “Possession of a deadly weapon was committed by Andrew Glennon, who did unlawfully manufacture, cause to be manufactured, impose into the State of California, keep for sale, offer and expose for sale, and give lend, and possess an instrument and weapon of the kind commonly known as a billy,” reads a further report by Radar. Radar also reports that Andrew was arrested on March 3, 2014 when he “did willfully and unlawfully drive a vehicle while being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”
Andrew has since spoken out with his own take on the crimes he committed. “I have been through so much pain in my life,” he told Radar. “My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer while my mother was fighting breast cancer. I prepped myself to potentially lose both of my parents. My mother survived, but my father did not.” He explained that “Depression, drinking and throwing my heart through any open door… nearly cost my life.”
As for the restraining orders, Andrew seems to deny the validity of them. “These are out of context and there is so much more to these accusations,” he said. “I have three sisters and would never consider stalking nor harassing any women. In hindsight, I should have contested the first one ( [I] didn’t know about the second). […] I am willing to share every experience I’ve had, good and bad, because I am not the only one with a past. I would have addressed this openly on camera had I been given the opportunity.”
At the time that this information about Andrew came out in October, it seemed to put his relationship with Amber in a bad place. “This is jeopardizing our relationship, which tears my heart,” he admitted at the time. “She is still processing. Right now everything is up in the air.”
