She is NOT happy
When Amber Portwood isn’t happy about something or someone, it doesn’t stay a secret for very long. Amber has gained many fans over the years for being strong willed and opinionated, but her explosive personality can also land her in some pretty hot water. Although she’s been keeping a relatively low profile in past months, her old ways are peeking through her new, more calm demeanor. This time they’re in the form of an explosive rant aimed at her co-stars, family members, and MTV itself.

Things seem to be going well for Amber Portwood from the outside. She and her boyfriend Andrew Glennon are expecting a baby in the coming months, and she’s beginning to spend more time with her first daughter, Leah. Apparently, though, there’s a lot more to the story than meets the eye, and ― according to Amber ― it’s not all pretty.
“I’ve been on this show for 10 years,” Amber started in what would become a very long-winded Twitter rant. She continued,
“I’ve been through h*ll! MTV has turned my pregnancy and this relationship into a joke in one of the happiest times of my life. Apparently my life is just for people to tell me how horrible I am as a mother because I went through depression!”
Apparently Amber has seen the widespread criticism of Andrew that’s taken hold in the fan base, not to mention Gary and Kristina’s disapproval. “Andrew is the reason I was able to pull myself together!” she tweeted in his defense. “He showed me that life was worth living! I’m thankful to have him because now I will be ALIVE for my daughter and family!”
She went on to share that she was recently in a very dark place. “Remember if your [sic] going through h*ll make sure you keep it all inside,” she blasted sarcastically. “And people should be able to say whatever they want about you. Especially your ex! Make sure when your [sic] suicidal that you always have your kid right next to you the whole time! It’s very healthy for them!! Idiots.”
“Haters”

It’s not just the “haters” that Amber took aim at, though; she was also upset with Gary and Kristina.
“Make sure to watch Gary and Kristina [on Teen Mom OG] talking sh*t about me! It must be hard making money off of me! Being such a bad mom and all. WHere would they be? Wait..in a 1 bedroom shack in the ghetto of Anderson where he was before I got out and the show came back on!! Ignorant!”
It wasn’t long before Gary and Kristina put their side of the story out.
“I stayed where I was cause I’m no better than the next person i saved up to put 20% down,” Gary wrote. “I didn’t wanna move and feel like I was struggling, and I wanted to think out all options and find where I wanted my kids to grow up. You can talk poo about me, but plz not about Kristina.”
To be fair, Amber had much more to say about Kristina. She wrote that Kristina “broke up her family for money and tv!” Amber continued saying that Kristina’s “husband got a restraining order on her cheating a** with multiple people and then cheated with Gary! What about her daughter? Straight out of Gary’s mouth!!”
Kristina didn’t back down and let Amber attack her without a fight of her own, though. “Restraining order to keep my child from filming,” she shot back. “I am an active mother to my children so quit hating. I’ve never stepped on your toes as a mother nor will I ever. I care for Leah when she is in our care. Love don’t hate.”
“Kristina shut up!” Amber fired back in a now-deleted tweet. “You guys live off of me and my success! Sit back and enjoy the paycheck.”
Since then, Amber has insisted that she’s happy with her life. “I [am] glad to have such a beautiful family!” she signed off. “My life is full of joy and I now get to share it with my daughter and son on the way!”
