Not all of the young mothers had the option to stay with the father of their child. Both Farrah Abraham (S1, also Teen Mom OG) and Kristina Robinson-Head lost the fathers of their babies (Sophia and Lukas, respectively) before the children were born.
Ten married other men

Just because the 16 and Pregnant girls didn’t marry their baby daddies doesn’t mean that they haven’t found love. Of the 49 who are no long with the fathers of their children, ten have since married (and stayed married to) other men.

Of the 39 who are not yet married to anybody, seven more are currently engaged including Teen Mom OG Amber Portwood and season three’s Millina Kacmar who both got engaged earlier this year.
